Our team is ready to support you. Service and support are the key elements of our customer promise. Our customers production time is critical and we have the technical resources available so we can offer a fast response when you’re in need of our assistance. All customers of Kameleon have access to our support services and our 24/7 on-call phone.

We continuously work on improving and implementing new tools for better remote support. There’s an exciting ongoing development that we want to take part in. Our goal is to be “World Champion” in support and response time.

When you call our service line you get the following options:

Our support team is ready to answer your inquiry Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00. Outside of these hours, we have an on-call telephone at the same phone number. On-call fees are invoiced according to current rates.
